How do I pay my annual licence fees and how long is it valid for?

For contractors registering with Conserve for the first time, you will receive a prompt after completing your registration details to complete your payment online with a credit card. Preferred method of payment is via our online payment system using a credit card, however payments can be made via direct deposit or cheque (we request that should you wish to pay your annual licence fee via direct deposit or cheque that you contact our staff to receive payment details).

Conserve licence fees must be renewed annually. You will be issued with a renewal invoice 28 days prior to expiry of your licence.

Why do we pay for this system and what do I get for my fee?

Conserve has been designed as a ‘user pays’ system. The system has been designed to ensure both our Clients and Contractors receive benefits from being registered with Conserve. For a full list of benefits to the contractor, please read the Contractor Info.

Does the system use any special software?

No, Conserve is a web based system accessible 24/7 via the internet. You do not have to download or acquire any special software.

I have been asked by another BNG Client to complete work for them, how do I get added to their Approved Contractor List in Conserve?

Please contact the staff at BNG and advise them that you have been requested to complete work for another BNG Client. BNG staff will first obtain confirmation from the client prior to any supplier/contractor being added to that client’s approved contractors list.

Do I have to pay additional licence fees if I am added to multiple clients?

No, contractors maybe assigned to multiple clients as a part of their one annual licence fee.
