I have been advised that I need to complete an induction, what do I need to do?

Once your employer has registered your details within Conserve and has enrolled you to complete an induction, you will be issued with an employee ID. Simply log on to the Conserve website, click login, change the Logon Type drop down to Employee-Induction and then type in your employee ID.

Once you have completed your induction, you will be issued with an Induction Card. It is important that you print this out and ensure that you have it with you every time you visit site for the client who you have been issued with the induction for.

What do I need to take to site to show I have passed the induction?

Once you have completed your induction, you will be issued with an induction card. You will need to print this out and have it handy every time you access the client’s site.

Who do I contact if I am having problems completing my induction?

If you are experiencing difficulties completing the induction, please contact the BNG office. Our staff are on hand to help.
